I want to start with a quote from Agnes de Mille in: Meditations for Women who do too much by Anne Wilson Schaef.
There is one quote for each day and I like this one from May 18:
‘Living is a form of not being sure, not knowing what next or how. The moment you know, you begin to die a little. The artist never entirely knows. We guess. We may be wrong, but we take leap after leap in the dark.’
And a meditation or thought that complements this is the one for February 28:
Laughter can be more satisfying than honor; more precious than money; and more heart-cleansing than prayer – Harriet Rochlin.
So, wag your tail in laughter and enjoy not knowing, when you rest after each day and appreciate one of the regenerative gifts of life – SLEEP.
