I was asked if there was one way to sleep quickly what would it be – was it clean sheets, a certain drink or food?
There are many factors which effect sleep, but there is one factor that ensures a way to get to sleep the quickest.
I believe the way to a quick sleep is through breathing in and out through the nose (mouth closed) while the mind is focused on the breathing. This method puts us in the present moment and is the perfect and quickest way to drift off to sleep.

I recently tried Bikram Yoga and while it is one of the hardest physical activities I have done, yet it is one of the most beneficial. I think and I have been told by new and experienced Bikram Yoga participants that it is very normal to think: “there is no way I can continue”, however, the calm commentary from the instructors and the knowing that your body is benefiting beyond belief, gets you through and I cannot wait to go back and do it again – the feeling of calmness afterwards is amazing!
