Should you be trying to stay awake with energy drinks?
Energy drinks..do we really know much about these drinks? The market is growing so rapidly, but we really don’t understand what effect it is having on society.
If we are getting less and less sleep due to consuming such products this will lead to major health problems.
Soft drink and junk has loads of sugar and now we are having energy drinks. Think about it and don’t fall into the habit of grabbing one every time you are on a low. Everybody has ‘lows’ during the day..it is normal.
Try to eat energy boost foods like a banana, egg on toast, nuts and yes treats in moderation. Keep yourself busy, exercise and think about your next energy drink.
