What helped me the most is getting my new mattress. I can only recommend Vita Talalay latex. I used to have a lot of problems but ever since I got a new mattress with their talalay foam, I sleep like a baby. I never want anything else anymore. I have also adapted my lifestyle to live healthier. One aspect was to sleep healthier and thats exactly what they provide, a healthy sleep. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pFEO9Bg1hzA
