Information on sleep
There is so much information about sleep. It is written and talked about probably because we all do it or should do it. We can’t survive without it. Sleep is interesting, sleep is peaceful and magical.
Sleep is done in so many different ways, but at the same time in similar ways. The nightly news talks about sleep topics at least 3 or four times a week.
Sleep is worth knowing about. Surprisingly the more you know about it – like anything – the better you will be at it!
Sleeping is a skill – it requires organisation, determination, relaxation and dedication! Good night!
