Clean sleep, quality sleep, sound sleep, healthy sleep – yes it is all the same thing! It’s like being told it’s necessary to talk for communication! We get it!

But, we can have too much sleep and be depressed so let’s focus on the B word for life and especially when we are discussing sleep – BALANCE!
