1. Turn your phone off- yes it will turn on in the morning. Or at the very least you must put it on silent.
2. Turn the TV off – this will keep you up unnecessarily.
3. Organise dinner early in the day – why not try putting on a slow cooker meal. You can put it on before you leave for work and in 8 hours it is ready. The supermarket sells sachets and all you add is the meat and vegetables and your type of liquid (water, coconut milk etc.)
4. Don’t take work home – you will be more productive if you do it the next day.
5. Don’t talk about big issues with anyone after 5pm – this might not be handled well because you are tired and your brain will become stressed quickly. Just say politely – can we please discuss this tomorrow?
